For my Type & Image class, our final project was to create an imaginary documentary and then create the poster and first few credit slides that we would see, to create still designs that could be animated to fit the intro of a documentary. I chose Janis Joplin as my inspiration and got the title from a quote of hers, and the names are taken from some of her songs. The color scheme and type are very much inspired by the psychedelic designs of the 60s and early 70s.
